Bhagwati (VU3BPZ) is for the 3rd time at Maitri Base, Antarctica (WAP IND-03) from 20 November 2009, till March 2011 as Communication Officer, among the 29th IAE.
(Was already down South during 20th & 24th IAE)

I am almost active daily, SSB on 20 mts.
After having chose my home adress as QSL route, I have been informed from my family to the fact that they get open envelopes; evidently someone there removes IRCs or green stamps from the inside, before delivering the mail to my home address, so I have been forced to arrange for another QSL Manager.
