IVA and DAV the new italian volcanism awards

Start the two new awards of Italian volcanism.

IVA ( Italian Volcan Award ) is the National Diploma http://iva.arasitalia.it that flows from WVA ( World Volcan Award ) that a program of the WFF.
References of this new diploma are those of the Italian WVA. Bella
differentiation for band (a reference is the combination reference / band)
that will encourage activators to gear up in different bands.

DAV ( Diploma volcanic environment ) http://dav.arasitalia.it is derived from
the first born IVA for each reference as a number of categories with all
other references DAV. There is something for all tastes and certainly it
will be fun for hunters and outdoors for the assets.
They provided a lot of grading.
