Operators of KL7RRC 2011 Alaska trip have arrived now to Unalaska, Dutch Harbor with goal of activating NA-232, St. Matthew Island. Members are Tim Tilleman NL8F, Yuri Zaruba UA9OBA and Yuri Sushkin N3QQ
We hit a roadblock with Mike Horn. His schedule changed and he will attempt to cross False Pass to get to Nome ASAP. No time available to wait around St. Matthew or even stop in Dutch Harbor to pick us up. We may have a small chance to meet Mike in Dutch Harbor, if False Pass will not be cooperative. As Tim NL8F said “False Pass name is not given for nothing….â€
