Following recent activity as E51NOU from Rarotonga , South Cooks , look for Bill N7OU to be active from Manihiki , North Cook Islands ( OC-014 ) as E51MAN between November 11 – 22, 2011.

UPDATE: Oliver DL1EJA reports he had a brief QSO with Victor E51CG in Rarotonga earlier. There appears to be a problem with the airline to North Cooks, so at this moment Bill E51NOU (E51MAN) may be unable to travel there for a day or two until resolved.

UPDATE II: Neil G0JHC informs that Bill is expected to leave for Manihiki any day now. Due to his delay in Rarontonga, Bill says he will extend his stay on North Cooks until December 6th. Additionally, E51NOU now uses “an improvised ground plane” since his HF9V is packed away.

UPDATE III: Bill mentions the latest word on the flight is 14 or 15 Nov. The return [aviation] fuel is now on the island.

UPDATE: Bill E51MAN started activity from Manihiki @ 05:00UTC. Earlier reports suggested he will be QRV until December 6th.

UPDATE II: G0JHC informs that Bill has made 5000 QSOs in five days of operation @ Manihiki.
