VK9XM & VK9CM Christmas & Cocos Keeling Isl
Inviato: 8 novembre 2011, 18:03UPDATE: Steve 9M6DXX informs that he recently spoke to Pekka, VK9CM (OH2YY) on 17m SSB. He was planning to be on Christmas Island by now, but there is a big storm there and his flights have been cancelled. He will therefore fly back to Perth tomorrow as he has to return home to Finland. He plans to be on 17m this evening. He is about 300m from Lot and Babs (VK9CX) so I guess they have to coordinate bands!
Pekka OH2YY will be active from Christmas island as VK9XM on November 4th and again between the 8th and 11th.
In addition, he will be active from Cocos Keeling island as VK9CM between November 5th to 7th.
