After completing NA-242 last July with Mike, K9AJ, 2012 is the year to now wrap up a “Clean Sweep” of the KL7 North Slope IOTA #’s. Plans are to start with NA-172 left over from last year partly due to area fog problems. Mike may also join me for the other two (NA-050 and NA-004. I hope to finalize NA-004 approval soon. Several other KL7 IOTA trips are also in the planning stages.

This IOTA Expedition has now been rescheduled for hopefully better propagation during 2013. The far Northern Latitude has additional propagation factor complications, so in considering the total Big Picture involved, a QRX was deemed necessary to maximize possibilities for all IOTA Chasers to make QSOs.
