IOTA status 9M2/KM9D

Please take account of the following note concerning the activation of AS-058 by 9M2/KM9D after 2011-05-01 and before 2011-08-31.
Some cards have the location as Perlis, Kedah State group instead of the island name, Pulau Singa Besar. Since the mistake arose through a misunderstanding by the QSL Manager rather than the operator, we have agreed to accept these cards exceptionally. Enter the island name as Singa Besar.
