XW4XR Laos / 3W3B Vietnam

Bruce XW4XR/XW1B is now QRT and will return to Laos in March and several other times during 2013. He points out this was NOT a DXpedition as he lives in both Laos and Vietnam, travelling back and forth for business.

Soon he will be QRV as 3W3B
