8J9OWR Owara Kaze-no-Bon Festival

To celebrate the Owara Kaze-no-Bon Festival (or Owara Bushi Song Bon Dance of the Wind) special event station 8J9OWR will be QRV on all bands and modes until 3rd September, 2013. This festival is held every year from September 1 to 3 in Yatsuo, Toyama, Toyama prefecture, Chubu region, island of Honshu (AS-007, WLOTA 2376), Japan. [JJ1WTL/AC6IM]
