European DX Foundation – Open Letter to DXAC – Kosovo

The following Open Letter addressing the DXCC status for Kosovo was sent to the DX Advisory Committee by Hans PB2T, EUDXF President.

In the interest of DXers worldwide – and NOT to stir a hornets nest – we have reproduced below. Comments are open but all moderated due to sensitive nature.
