9Q0AR Amateur Radio Association Democratic Republic Congo

The Daily DX reports that Pascal, 9Q1CFC (ON4CFC) expects to activate 9Q0AR, the Amateur Radio Association of the Democratic Republic of Congo's club station, "next week, probably around 23-27 December".
