TM50QF 50th anniversary the Fourches Quarter of Laval

The special Call Sign TM50QF will be operate for the second time from the 15 of December to 29 of December 2013. HF, VHF, UHF bands (all modes). Previous activation was from the 1st of June to the 15 of June 2013. The Fourches Quarter in the municipality of Laval, is located in the southwest of the city. Established in 1963, it was at the time still open meadow with a few scattered houses. Today, it is a vibrant, cosmopolitan area, in which the highest feature is the City Hospital. Our radio-club has been in existence for more than 20 years. This year the quarter celebrates its 50th anniversary, and local radio amateurs are happy to participate in the event.
