EM75V 75th Annivesary of the Kirovograd region

The Kirovograd Amateur Radio Club is pleased to announce a jubilee Diploma programme dedicated to 75th Annivesary of Kirovograd region and a sepecial call EM75V. To obtain a "75th Annivesary of the Kirovograd region" award it is necessary to establish 3 (three) QSO with EM75V, or 5 (five) QSO with amateur radio stations from Kirovograd region (UR#V—UZ#V series) and one QSO with EM75V during period from 1 to 31 January of 2014.
