UPDATE

(1) ADIF log submissions for the Chasers Marathon are now accepted at http://www.iotaevents.org. First, go to "sign up" to obtain your login information. Any IOTA reference can be contacted up to 3 times, on different bands, for a total of 3 points during the Marathon. For any inquiries, email us at iota.chaser@gmail.com.

(2) Submissions for the Activators Marathon should be made by email to iota.activator@gmail.com. No logs are required, only a listing of activities, including callsigns used, name of islands, IOTA references, date/time of first and last QSO for each operation, and total number of QSOs.

(3) Deadline for all submissions is February 28, 2014.

FURTHER UPDATE - IOTA Marathon Submissions

Chasers Marathon

Application process proceeds smoothly, with logs submissions checked and processed timely. While we are generally very pleased with the logs received so far, there are a few which do not include IOTA references for numerous, most, or none of their QSOs with IOTA stations. If a QSO does not have an IOTA reference, it will be automatically ignored for the Marathon scoring. We have directly contacted those who submitted such logs. Meanwhile, we would like to ask future entrants to re-check their logs before submission, and add all the IOTA references required. For any questions, please contact us at iota.chaser@gmail.com.

Activators Marathon

No logs are required for submitting your application for activators’ awards. Application should be in a form of a listing that includes the callsigns used, islands activated and their IOTA references, the date and time of the first and last QSO, and the number of QSOs made. In case of multi-operator activity, you also need to indicate the number of operators who made at least 100 QSOs, as well as their callsigns.
