OP prefix to Commemorate the Great War

Belgian Telecom authorities (BIPT) granted to all Belgian stations the privilege to use the OP prefix to Commemorate the Great War between November 1-30th of each year and until 2018 (included). QSL via operators' instructions. [OPDX Bulletin]
