Inviato: 8 novembre 2014, 20:16Once again Mike, GM0HCQ is active from onboard the Royal Research Ship "James Clark Ross". Whilst in Antarctic and Falkland Islands waters he uses the call VP8CMH/mm, at all other times he uses GM0HCQ/mm. The ship is due to arrive at King Edward Point, South Georgia (AN-007) on 30 November and depart on 2 December, and Mike might be able to go ashore and operate CW and/or SSB as VP8SGK (not before 20.30 UTC, as his working day finishes at 20 UTC). He might also get the chance to operate as VP8ROT from Rothera Base on Adelaide Island (AN-001), Antarctica between 27 and 31 December and again between 8 and 11 January 2015.
