The 80-th anniversary of marshal Józef Pi?sudski death and solemn funeral. The autumn 1934 was a moment when after ceremony of the Polish Independence Day – 11-th of November was published the official information about poor state of health marshal Józef Pi?sudski – the head of Polish Army. The health state of great statesman has begun week by week to worse condition. After many weeks of exhausted fighting with the cancer decease – marshal died in Warsaw Belvedere Palace,the 12-th of May 1935. Central funeral ceremony took place on 18-th of May in Cracow, in the presence of governmental authorities. The large number of collected polish society, arrived to pay homage and accompanied in the last way of marshal. The corpse of Józef Pi?sudski has buried with military honors on Royal Wawel Castle in St. Leonard crypt. In the whole country area took place simultaneously associated mourning ceremonies, where celebrated the memory of marshal.
