PA0#MIL special stations

Several PA0#MIL special stations (e.g. PA01MIL, PA02MIL, PA03MIL, etc) will be activated on 14 December starting at 17 UTC by teams consisting of one amateur and two military radio operators. They will operate SSB on the HF bands.
