Electromagnetic Compatibility - evaluation of the EU Rules

IARU has been engaged with the European Commission Published Initiative (https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/better-regulation/initiatives/ares-2019-4151078_en) on “Electromagnetic Compatibility — evaluation of the EU Rules” since its announcement in February 2020.
This initiative has now reached the Published Consultation (https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/better-regulation/have-your-say/initiatives/11868-Evaluation-of-the-Electromagnetic-Compatibility-Directive/public-consultation) phase which provides an opportunity for individuals and others to comment. As the public consultation is open to the general public, anybody interested in EMC matters can answer the questionnaire.
The consultation will close on 29 January 2021.
