Doreen Bogdan-Martin, ITU Secretary General (KD2JTX) celebrating World Amateur Radio Day in honoring the many achievements of the Amateur Radio service. Operating from the ITU International Amateur Radio Club 4U1ITU, her Excellency had her first contact through QO-100 Satellite. “Human Security for All” is this year’s World Amateur Radio Day theme.
