It is with deep regret that I inform you that Hubert Walcott Benjamin Sr. EL2BA passed away 4 January 2014 at the age of 78 at the Richmond University Medical Center on Staten Island, NY. Ben served as IARU Region 1 Executive Committee Member 1972 - 1987.
