Paul Pai, BV4FH passed away on 4 September at 57 years of age. "Over the years, Paul was instrumental in getting permission for DXpeditions to Pratas Island (BQ9P and BV9P) several times, as well as Scarborough Reef" (http://n6pse.wordpress.com/). He was also the team leader/team member of many IOTA operations, notably BO0K (AS-102), BO0M (AS-113), BV9A (AS-103) and BV9L (AS-155).
