Bill Moore NC1L S.K.

Former ARRL DXCC and Awards Manager Bill Moore, NC1L passed away on 6 October at 64 years of age. On 3 July 2014 he was seriously injured in a single-car accident that left him paralyzed from the chest down. A few months later he decided to relinquish his position at ARRL HQ, where he had worked since 1992. Condolences may be send to Bill's wife:
