William M. "Buzz" Loeschman, NI5DX passed away on 12 February aged 76. First licensed in 1978, he was an accomplished DXer and a reliable QSL manager for a large number of stations. A founding member of the Island Radio Expedition Foundation (IREF), over the years he operated as J87CQ, V31BR, H75A (NA-209, all-time new one), V47LDX and NI5DX/p from various IOTA and NPOTA sites.
