With sadness I report that Mirko Mandrino YT7MM (ex YU1NQM, YU7NQM) passed away in Pancevo Serbia on 19 September. Oldtimers will remember Mirko as the Secretary of SRJ, the IARU Member Society of Yugoslavia. When working for the administration he played an important role at WARC-79 and WARC-92. Mirko served on the IARU Region 1 Executive Committee from 1981 to 1993.
