SILENT KEY

Mirko Mandrino, YT7MM (ex YU1NQM and YU7NQM) passed away on 19 September. "Oldtimers will remember Mirko as the Secretary of SRJ, the IARU Member Society of Yugoslavia. When working for the administration he played an important role at WARC-79 and WARC-92. Mirko served on the IARU Region 1 Executive Committee from 1981 to 1993". [TNX IARU Region 1]
