SILENT KEY

Emilio Borea, IZ1GAR (ex IK1CLP) died on 20 February from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was 66 years old. A former radio officer in the merchant navy and radio operator at the Italian coastal
station ICB (Genova Radio) from 1978 to 1993, he was President of ARI Sanremo and an excellent CW operator, often heard in contests.
