AOTA (AEROSTAT ON THE AIR) is the International Amateur Radio Diploma Program "Aerostat on the Air", established by the Ministry of Balloon Mail in honor of the 150th anniversary of balloon mail with the aim of popularizing aerostatic movement and working on the air from airborne airships and balloons.
