F2DX building a 9el 6m - April 2023

Discover the installation of my 9-element 6m beam in April 2023. This antenna had already been installed from 2014 to 2016 and then replaced by a 20m monoband for incoming DXpeditions. A 7el 6m had then been installed at 22m heigh on another tower and is still there, which now allows me to have two 6m beams:

- DXBeam 9el 6m @23m (this one) on telescopic tower
- DXBeam 7el 6m @22m on guyed tower

9el 6m Description:

- Boom length: 13.50 m
- Weight: 21 kg (46.3 lb)
- Forward gain: 14.3 dBi
- F/B ratio: 36 dB

Découvrez l'installation de ma beam 9 éléments 6m en avril 2023. Cette antenne avait déjà été installée de 2014 à 2016 avant d'être remplacée par une monobande 20m pour les expés à venir. Une 7él 6m avait alors été installée à 22 m sur un autre pylône et y est toujours, ce qui me permet de disposer désormais de deux beams 6m :

- DXBeam 9él 6m @23m (celle-ci) sur pylône télescopique
- DXBeam 7él 6m @22m sur pylône haubané
