3Y0Z DXpedition shipping container on its way to Punta Arena


The 40-foot shipping container with 16,000 pounds of equipment begins its long journey in support of the 2018 3Y0Z DXpedition to Bouvet Island. A 70-ton crane was contracted to make the lift and place the container on the truck chasis in Atlanta, GA on Monday, October 9, 2017. Video courtesy of George Nicholson N4GRN.
