The next interim meeting of the IARU Region 1 VHF/UHF/MW Committee, the HF Committee and the EMC Committee will be convened on 16th and 17th of April 2016 at the InterCity Hotel in Vienna. The Austrian society, ÖVSV, has kindly invited us to Vienna.

Any contributions for this meeting shall be received by ON4AVJ (VHF/UHF/MW) , DK4VW (HF) and DL9KCE (EMC) no later than 16 January 2016. The contributions and the draft meeting agenda will be distributed to member societies before 6 February 2016.

The interim meeting of the HF Committee, V/U/SHF Committee and EMC Committee takes place from 15th to 17th April 2016.

The papers submitted up to the closing date for papers are available as three .zip downloads as follows:

Should further papers be received in time, they will be added as an extra .zip download and a notification placed on the website.

In accordance with the Region 1 Constitution, the opportunity for a Member Society to assign its proxy to another society is not available for interim meetings (clause B 4.4 of the Constitution and Clause 8 of the Terms of Reference of Working Groups). However, Member Societies unable to be present at the meeting are invited to make their views on the papers known to the Chairmen of the relevant committee, who will ensure that the views are shared with the meeting.
