FT8: SUPERFOX & SUPERHOUNDS

N5J (Jarvis Island) and CY9C (St Paul Island) will be the first two major DXpeditions to use WSJT-X's new SuperFox sub-mode. In a nutshell:
* Using a 1512 Hz bandwidth, a SuperFox station starts at 750 Hz and go up to 2262 Hz; it can transmit up to 9 messages simultaneously without reducing the dB values received by the SuperHounds.
* The SuperHound stations transmit normal FT8 signals anywhere from 200 Hz and up; their frequencies are not shifted down after being called.
* A SuperFox station can send text messages of up to 26 characters in length, for example to announce QSY.
* A digital signature embedded in the SuperFox message will enable the receiving software to confirm that the signal originates from the genuine DXpedition.
* There will be no backwards compatibility, and the use the latest release of WSJT-X will be mandatory (candidate release WSJT-X 2.7.0-rc5 is upcoming, bookmark https://wsjt.sourceforge.io./wsjtx.html).
