No 6m allocation for Russia

Russian Government Radio Frequency Commission meeting took place on December 30.They didn't approve 6m band allocation for hams and this issue was postponed without dates. Don't expect any activities on the 6m band in 2021 (with the exception of Crimea on whose territory a temporary permit is valid).
