VU3BPZ Bharati Station Antarctica

Travelling on board the M/V Ivan Papanin, leaving Cape Town on December 25th, will be Bhagwati VU3BPZ (ex-AT10BP) en route to a new Antarctic research station called Bharati, located at Larsemann Hills.

Bhagwati will arrive at Bharati station approx 11 days after leaving Cape Town and hopes to set up the HF station once additional over wintering tasks are complete. He will remain at the base until March 2013.
