E51AND Rarotonga

Andy, AB7FS/E51AND has now moved to Rarotonga and is planning on having a good gain antenna system there. In addition, he mentions future activity possible from Palmerston OC-124 or Pukapuka OC-098 in July or August, perhaps using a Hexbeam.
