Official licenses for 9Q0AR & 9Q0HQ

Finally, after three years of negotiations with the authorities in D.R Congo, we have official approval from the Ministry of Telecom (ARPTC) to use the national clubstation call 9Q0AR and special event call 9Q0HQ.
We now hope that DXCC desk accept our callsigns.
