Special prefixes YT45 and YU45 Serbia

Serbian members of the Serbian CW Club are authorized to use special prefixes YT45 and YU45 (e.g. YT45CW for YT0CW and YU45CW for YU0CW) until the end of the year to celebrate the Club's 45th anniversary. The stations involved are listed at http://www.qrz.com/db/YT45CW.
