The Italian schools in a direct radio link with the Antarctic scientific station Neumayer III
through amateur radio satellite QO-100

The Wave of Antarctica

In collaboration with AMSAT DL and thanks to the contribution of Charly Eichhorn DK3ZL, a synchronized radio contact via amateur radio satellite Es-Hail QO100 will take place with the research scientists of the German Antarctic station Neumayer III – DP0GVN (radio operator DM2KX Karsten Baeddeker).
The students will be able to ask questions about:
the signs of climate change seen from a remote laboratory in the Antarctic continent.
