Global and continuous spectrum monitoring is a necessity for cooperation with your authorities and for the development of EMC standards favorable for amateur radio.

In order to support the global network, IARU suggests to deploy 3 to 5 monitoring stations in your territory — this will enable your radio amateur society to participate in the gathering, analysis and interpretation of radio disturbances in our HF bands.

There are already about 60 monitoring stations continuously monitoring our bands. It is important to deploy monitoring stations also in your area.

The system designers of DARC (German Radio Amateur Club) are glad to explain the benefits of this global monitoring system in the following Webinar session:
