T31KNT training on ANZA net, Kanton isl


For the first time T31 comunity in Kanton Isl. will have a radio contact with they capital city Tarawa in Western Kiribati. Massa is a local Policeman, custom officer and imigration on Kanoton isl. and will be also Emergency radio operator just in any case
